“Değerli arkadaşlar, ISIAS Otel Adıyaman dosyasının deprem sonrası açılan ceza soruşturmalarının bir arada yürütüldüğü ana dosyadan (veya çatı dosyadan) ayrılması ve ISIAS dosyasına kendine ait bir dosya numarası verilmesi demek, soruşturmanın bir derece daha ilerlediğini, daha da ilerleme yolunda olduğunu gösterir.

Dosyanın tefriki dediğimiz dosyanın ana dosyadan ayrılması ve dosyaya kendine ait ayrı bir numara verilmesi bu olayda da gerçekleşmiş ve bu bilgi bize ulaşmıştır.
