Cinsiyet kotasına ilişkin yasa önerisi Meclis’ten geçti

Meclis Genel Kurulu, Seçim ve Halkoylaması (Geçici Kurallar) Yasa Önerisinin Hukuk, Siyasi İşler ve Dışilişkiler Komitesi’nde görüşülmesinin ardından yeniden toplandı.

Meclis Genel Kurulunda ilk olarak Hukuk, Siyasi İşler ve Dışilişkiler Komitesi’nin yasa önerisine ilişkin raporu okundu, komitenin öneriyi oy birliğiyle kabul ettiği aktarıldı.

Yapılan oylamanın ardından Seçim ve Halkoylaması (Geçici Kurallar) Yasa Önerisi genel kurulda oy birliğiyle kabul edildi.

Bahse konu Yasa Önerisi, belediye meclisi üyeliklerine aday gösteren bazı siyasal partilerin Siyasal Partiler Yasası’nın yüzde 30 cinsiyet kotası kuralına uymadığı gerekçesiyle iptal edilen listelerini yeniden düzenlemesine olanak sağlıyor.

Aday listeleri iptal edilen siyasal partiler, ilgili ilçe seçim kurullarına yarın saat 18.00’e kadar başvurarak, cinsiyet kotasına uygun olarak düzenlenmiş listelerini sunabilecek.
